The Things We See, Hear, Speak,

Stress, Sleepless & Worry in the human body begin with the 6 Senses. These are the main three reasons why the human system becomes diseased and falls into sickness.

When our mind receives information from any of our Six Senses, we develop unconscious desires which can be good or bad, craving or aversion – desire to have or desire to repel or escape. Suffering comes from both craving and aversion and the reason why we suffer is because there is attachment in our mind. We become attached to people, we get attached to things, we get attached to experiences and certain experiences may keep on recurring until one day our self, our body, our bodily system and even our minds are unable to manage and we lose control of any or all of the above.

The premise of traditional Eastern approaches to health is that continuous stress in daily life can create blockages in our meridians and systems so we practice continually to keep the system unblocked. It has now been proven by Western science that lack of proper sleep or sleeplessness can cause cellular damage and slow down cell renewal. Excessive negative emotions like constant worry or deep anger can and do cause harm to vital organs.

Practicing Wahnam Art Chi Kung helps with attaining a state of relaxation and inner peace in the body, mind and soul. This smoothens internal and external energy (Chi) flow by rebooting, resetting and refining the whole-body system and enriches the body’s capability for natural healing processes.

A Genuine Chi Kung Teaching !

We follow traditional Chi Kung teaching through the practice of classical Chi Kung forms that have been passed down to us over 1600 years from the Venerable Bodhidharma, an Indian monk who brought Zen Buddhism to the Shaolin Temple in China. While always striving to retain and protect the essence of the art, we strictly maintain the integrity of the original classical Chi Kung forms as inherited and transmitted to us through successive generations of distinguished Shaolin masters. What we have adapted however, is the teaching methods and methodology which we adjust according to each person's needs, body condition and other factors.
There's still hope in life through practicing The Art of Chi Kung !
